RESCISSION OF CONTRACT <\/strong>

BIO CHALET - VILLA ULIVI<\/strong>
In the event of cancellation within 120 days of the start of the rental period, the deposit will be refunded in full. The tenant is required to pay 30% of the rental cost between 119 and 90 days before the start of the rental period, 50% between 89 and 70 days before the start of the rental period, and 70% between 69 and 50 days before the start of the rental period. From 49 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100%. If the cancelled rental period is re-let without financial loss, no penalty fee will be applied.

In the event of cancellation up to 150 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained in full. No charge for cancellations made up to 120 days before arrival. The customer will be charged 30% of the rental cost for cancellations made between 119 and 90 days before arrival, 50% of the rental cost for cancellations made between 89 and 70 days before arrival, 70% of the rental cost for cancellations made between 69 and 50 days before arrival, and 100% of the rental cost for cancellations made 49 days or less before arrival. If the cancelled period is re-let without any damage or loss, we will not impose any penalty.

SUNSET VILLA - INFINITY VILLA<\/strong>
In the event of cancellation up to 150 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be retained in full. 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged for cancellations made between 149 and 90 days before arrival, 70% between 89 and 70 days before arrival, and 100% of the total cost of the stay for cancellations or \"no-shows\" from 69 days before arrival.
