The MULBERRY Chalet, approximately 65 sqm (4 beds), has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with bunk beds),
A modern bathroom, a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a 12 sqm panoramic window offering views of the lake framed by the garden.
Outside: terrace equipped with parasol, private fenced garden (1DOG is welcome), barbecue, sun loungers and private beach access.
Facilities: covered fenced PARKING with an electric gate (remote control included), just 30 meters from the chalet.
On the BEACH, in addition to the PIER, there are free CANOES and paddleboards for you.
For MOTORBOATS, we provide convenient mooring buoys in front of the chalets.
Just 200 metres away, you can play tennis for free.
As you stroll along the shore, you’ll find: bars, ice-cream shops, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, mini-golf, motorboats rentals, pedalos, hydrofoils, and the Rocca di Manerba nature reserve.
