The LAKE Chalet of approximately 65 sqm (4 beds) has two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds),
A modern bathroom, a bright living room with a fitted kitchen, and a panoramic 12 sq m lake-facing window to admire spectacular sunrises.
Outside: terrace equipped with parasol, private fenced garden (1DOG is welcome), barbecue, sun loungers and private beach access.
Facilities: covered fenced PARKING with an electric gate (remote control included), just 30 meters from the chalet.
On the BEACH, in addition to the PIER, there are free CANOES and paddleboards for you.
For the Speedboat we offer comfortable Buoy Boe in front of the chalets and, just 500 metres from the house, you can play for free in our Tennis.
Walking along the shore you will find: bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, mini-golf, motorboat hire, pedalos, hydrofoils, and the Rocca di Manerba nature reserve.

On the BEACH, in addition to the PIER, there are free CANOES and paddleboards for you.
For MOTORBOATS, we provide convenient mooring buoys in front of the chalets.
Furthermore, just 200 metres away, you can make free use of our Tennis.
