RESCISSION OF CONTRACT

BIO CHALET - VILLA ULIVI
In the event of cancellation within 120 days of the start of the rental period, the deposit will be refunded in full. The tenant is required to pay 30% of the rental cost between 119 and 90 days before the start of the rental period, 50% between 89 and 70 days before the start of the rental period, and 70% between 69 and 50 days before the start of the rental period. From 49 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100%. If the cancelled rental period is re-let without financial loss, no penalty fee will be applied. 

SUNSET VILLA - INFINITY VILLA
In the event of cancellation up to 150 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained in full. The tenant is required to pay 50% of the rental cost between 149 and 90 days prior to the start of the rental period, 70% between 89 and 70 days prior to the start of the rental period, and 100% from 69 days prior to the start of the rental period. If the cancelled rental period is re-let without financial loss, no penalty fee will be applied.
